Community Donations
Gamer Brewing proudly supports causes that strengthen our Lansdale, Pennsylvania community and align with our commitment to sustainability and responsible manufacturing.
We ask that organizations review the guidelines below before submitting a request.
Focus Areas
We consider donations that support one of the following:
- Environmental preservation & sustainability
(agriculture, land and forest preservation, recycling, animal welfare) - Veterans’ & first responders’ welfare and empowerment
Eligibility
- Must be a registered 501(c)(3)
- One donation per organization per 12-month period
We Cannot Support
- Youth or school-related events, events on school property, or events with over 25% attendees under 21
- Cash donations or sponsorships
- Beer or free product
- Addiction or substance abuse–related causes
Submission & Timing
- Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event
- All requests must be submitted via the Donation Request Form
- We do not accept requests by email, phone, or in person
- Phone inquiries will not be returned
Additional Notes
- All donations are final and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
- Approved items must be picked up during regular business hours at:
307 Derstine Ave, Suite 110, Lansdale, PA 19446 - For Pennsylvania events serving alcohol, proper PLCB licensing is required
- Gamer Brewing assumes no liability for event compliance
We review all requests carefully and may reach out for additional information. While we can’t support every request, we aim to respond as quickly as possible.
